Longevity Moor - länger gesund leben

Longevity bedeutet Langlebigkeit und beschreibt ein Wissenschaftsgebiet, das sich mit einem langen und gesunden Leben beschäftigt. Im Mittelpunkt stehen individuell angepasste Bewegung, eine zellunterstützende Ernährung mit ausgewogener Versorgung an Vitaminen, Spurenelementen, Aminosäuren und Fettsäuren sowie gezielte Entspannungsphasen – auch aktiv an der frischen Luft. Bavarian Safari

The Bavarian lion comes from Africa.

At the beginning there was a great adventure – with the VW Van across the Sahara, from Germany to Nigeria.

At the end there is a hotel, a Bavarian oasis of well-being, where the Africa adventure lives on. Selected furniture, art and photographs give certain areas of the hotel its own character – “Bavarian Safari”. And there is much more to discover:
