Holiday with a dog
Would you like to go on vacation but can't find anywhere to put your four-legged friend? No problem, your beloved four-legged friend is also welcome here!
We are happy to provide you with a water and food bowl. Poop bags, toys and treats are also available. Your dog will be charged €25 per day for their stay (without food). Extra cleaning costs due to heavy soiling will be charged separately.
Please be considerate of other hotel guests and try to follow our “dog rules” so that people and dogs can continue to live together so well in our hotel! To ensure that the holiday is as comfortable as possible for all two- and four-legged friends, there are of course a few things to keep in mind:
  • Please keep your dog on a leash in the hotel.
  • We ask you to clarify upon arrival whether your room can only be cleaned when you go for a walk or whether the dog is happy about the daily visit from our chambermaids. (vacuum cleaner...?)
  • When going for a walk, we ask you to use the prescribed dog waste bags. Please do not let your dog do his business in front of the hotel or in the parking lot, thank you!
  • Please influence your dog so that our flower pots and herbs that we use for cooking are not misused as dog toilets.
  • For hygienic reasons, the dog is not allowed on the lawn. However, it is welcome to sit with you on the garden terrace.
  • Dogs are not welcome in the restaurant.
  • For hygiene reasons, the dog may not be taken to bed. We ask for your understanding.
  • Unfortunately, dogs are prohibited in the restaurant and wellness area.
  • If your dog likes to make himself comfortable on the couch, we ask that you put a blanket on it - dog hair is very difficult to remove from the couch.
Thank you for your help and for your understanding! Your Parkhotel team!

Holiday with a dog means packing twice

It is particularly important for your four legged that he has his usual utensils with him, because the new enviroment alone causes stress for some animals. Here is a small checklist so that everything is thought for and your holiday can start relaxed:
  • EU pet passport and proof of vaccination
  • Copy of liability insurance (write down the number!)
  • Extra dog holiday tag with holiday address and telephone number
  • Dog leash, possibly a tow leash
  • Dog sleeping blanket
  • Dog Food
  • Fill a few empty bottles with water when you're on the go. When traveling, you should not give your dog anything to eat, but always have enough water available
  • Favourite toy
  • Treats
  • Brushes and old towels for dirty paws and wet fur
  • If necessary, the appropriate medication
  • Sufficient poop bags
  • Care for the paws, possibly cream or dog shoes
